Zero Gravity Solutions’ Wholly-owned Subsidiary, BAM Agricultural Solutions, to Introduce BAM-FX Technology to the Emerging World Market for Legal Cannabis and Hemp
BOCA RATON, Fla.— (January 30, 2018),– Zero Gravity Solutions, Inc. (“ZGSI” or the “Company”) (Pink Sheets: ZGSI), an agricultural biotechnology public company commercializing its technology derived from and designed for Space with significant applications for agriculture on Earth, announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, BAM Agricultural Solutions, Inc., has recently completed trials conducted over a long term period using its BAM-FX® technology with cannabis growers in Mendocino and Humboldt counties, California. Data from trials showed an acceleration of vegetative growth and a significant increase in yield and quality. The trial done by an established grower, part of a large Humboldt cooperative representing over 300 growers, showed a 44.79% increase in yield, enabling a potentially significant increase in return on investment (ROI) to growers. The trial conducted by a master grower in Mendocino County showed an increase in quality, as measured by THC, terpene and cannabinoid levels. A previous trial in Southern California demonstrated not only a substantial increase in yield, but also a two week reduction in time to harvest as compared to control plants.
The results of the cannabis trials are consistent with positive results seen in over four years of academic, field, and grower experience trials across a broad range of climate and soil conditions in a large variety of commercial crops, such as grapes, avocados, tobacco, berries and tomatoes.
