Glenn A. Stinebaugh has over 25 years of industry experience in Executive Management, Strategic Planning (including joint ventures and strategic partnerships), Business Plan and Tactical/Marketing Plan development and implementation, Economic Development, Marketing, Research and Analysis, Project Management and Cultural Program Development.
He has a successful consulting background in executive management, market development and market penetration/expansion (domestic and off-shore), team building, manufacturing, sourcing (domestic and off-shore) and marketing in a variety of vertical industries including agriculture, sustainable and renewable energy technologies and products, mining, consumer package goods (CPG), textile/apparel, retail and specialty operations, Information Technology, media and entertainment, product placement/product integration and electronics.
Timothy A. Peach
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Zero Gravity Solutions, Inc.
Timothy A. Peach has over 20 years of finance and operations experience working with both public and private companies from development stage through significant revenue generation. His track record includes successful IPO and bond offerings, mergers, acquisitions, integration and profit improvement. In his role as Chief Financial Officer of ZGSI, Mr. Peach oversees the Company's treasury, tax, accounting, financial planning and reporting functions and business development.
He served as the CFO, Vice President and Executive Vice President from 2008 to 2014 of Oncure Medical Corp., a private equity backed company, which managed multistate radiation oncology clinics. Mr. Peach began his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers with a broad diversity of clients, which ultimately led to his involvement in a multitude of fields including medical manufacturing, software engineering and integration, telecommunications, natural resources and innovative technology.
John W. Kennedy
Chief Science Officer
Forty years experience in applied research, botany, biology, physics, nutrition, biochemistry and discoveries associated with health, disease, plant and biological sciences and technologies. Author, International consulting scientist and science consultant. Research and discovery of novel chemistries, processes, and materials to diagnose, treat, cure, and prevent disease. Expertise and research in the biological principals governing the bio-availability of nutrients essential to living organisms.
John Kennedy after 18 years with USDA founded John Wayne Kennedy Consultants and has represented and supported programs of over 90 companies in 19 countries worldwide. Kennedy represented the Government of Mexico on Avocado crop importation into the U.S., the National Agricultural Chemical Association, the US Forest Service, and other agricultural groups on pesticide issues. He introduced GPS aerial application technologies for guidance of aircraft on spray programs to the USDA and was contracted by the State of California to author manuals on GPS and Sat-Loc spray system use.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Pottathil is President of Accudx Inc., a strategic technology and consulting company. Dr. Pottathil is an entrepreneur with a 40-year history spanning academia, industry, invention, and company creation.
In 1996, Dr. Pottathil created Accudx as a diagnostic assay manufacturer. This company has progressed into consulting, technology and product development, and intellectual property services in biotech, medtech, and ecotech. His experience in academia and industry has covered various aspects of biochemistry, molecular biology, mammalian genetics, medical virology, tumor biology, and diagnostics, in both academic and industrial settings. As Chief Process Scientist at PetroAlgae, he was responsible for the development and scale up processes for growth, harvesting and processing of micro-algae. As a founding member and Director at Specialty Laboratories International, he successfully set up a large number of esoteric Clinical Reference Laboratories in Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

Zero Gravity Life Sciences, Inc.
Mr. Koopman is responsible for the development and execution of a strategic plan of business development for Zero Gravity Life Sciences, Inc., including complimentary and supportive activities for BAM Agricultural Solutions, Inc. as well as new corporate initiatives. In his former postion as Director of New Ventures at New York University in the Office of Industrial Liaison, Mr. Koopman worked with investors and entrepreneurs to facilitate the formation of new life science companies that focused on the development and commercialization of NYU technologies. In addition to almost 15 years in academic technology transfer, he has 16 years of varied experience in the biotechnology industry. He has held scientist, laboratory supervisor, and project manager positions in the course of his employment at two successful biotechnology startup companies, as well as Johnson & Johnson and Hoffman-LaRoche. During this period he was involved in the development of several therapeutic and diagnostic products which are currently on the market.
Mr. Kennedy works closely with the company’s management team, is active in the development of company strategies and has been instrumental in negotiating and structuring product distribution. Mr. Kennedy has forty-five years of business experience, has been involved in many, successful, new product research projects, has negotiated, marketed and consummated contracts with large volume clients and possesses valuable industry contacts and skills. He originated the contract for the formation of Zero Gravity Solutions, Inc. He planted ZGSI’s first experimental garden utilizing John W. Kennedy’s formula which, through preliminary observations and independent lab reports, prompted the formation of BAM FX.

Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Ms. Gainsborg has 28 years of accounting system implementation and integration experience. She has been the president of A+ Accounting since 2003, where she provided financial management, accounting, budgeting and tax services for commercial clients. Ms. Gainsborg has auditing and experience in SEC financial reporting requirements. Ms. Gainsborg graduated from Hofstra University with a B.B.A. in accounting and is a registered C.P.A.
Vice President, Communications
Julie Bloch is responsible for global communications for ZGSI. Her role includes oversight and structuring of both internal and external communications infrastructure and platforms as well as serving as communications counsel, support, advisor and resource for senior management. Prior to joining ZGSI, Ms. Bloch was director of communications for Latitude Solutions, Inc., where she created and managed a communications department, responsible for the strategy and implementation of all external communications worldwide and developed internal communications systems, processes and procedures for the publicly traded company. Additionally, she has over twenty years of experience writing and editing for business purposes including press releases, business plans, websites, corporate collateral, investor documents and presentation material. Ms. Bloch graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park and volunteers her skills and service to local non-profit organizations.
Kenneth Barnett worked from 1997 to 2015 as counsel and then President of Singer Asset Finance Company, a specialty finance company, where he was primarily responsible for managing nationwide litigation, contract drafting, underwriting and financing, together with providing legal support to the sales and marketing teams. Mr. Barnett also served as the Vice-President of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers from 2001 through 2015, the trade association dedicated to the secondary market for structured settlements, and two terms as the Chair of the Legal Committee thereof. Mr. Barnett began his career as a criminal trial lawyer for the state of Florida. He graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in Political Science and from the University of Southern California with a J.D./M.A. (International Relations) and is an avid cyclist.
